At Peninsula Private Medical, we welcome patients who would like to join our list, even if they are not ready to book an appointment straight away. Completing our registration form means we can keep your details securely on file and contact you about our services.
Important Information
This is not an appointment booking. If you would like to make a private appointment, please visit our Appointments Page and complete the booking process.
Your NHS GP registration is not affected. Joining our private patient list does not change your registration with your NHS practice. You will continue to receive NHS services from your NHS GP.
No medical information is collected at this stage. We only ask for your basic details (name, date of birth, address, contact information) so that we can recognise you as a patient if you choose to book with us in the future.
