2. Appointments, Cancellations & Refunds

 

We understand that circumstances may change and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

 

  • More than 48 hours’ notice: Full refund.

  • Between 24 and 48 hours’ notice: 50% refund.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to attend: No refund.

 

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

 

If Peninsula Private Medical Ltd needs to cancel your appointment, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.

3. Payments

 

Payment for appointments is taken at the time of booking via our secure payment system. Prices are clearly displayed on our website and may be updated from time to time.
